"Carbon neutrality is important for the environment since it’s the key for all of us in the long run. Why carbon neutrality? Because carbon is such a destructive element in the atmosphere.
We were expecting the process of becoming carbon neutral to be complicated, but when we got the paperwork, we thought, “Well, this isn’t that hard.” The process makes you aware of what you’re really doing to the environment, something that we had never thought about before. We’ve done things here and there, but this is the first time that we looked at the numbers and thought about anything else that we might do.
We’re even more determined to make things better if we can. We want people to be aware of the climate crisis, like our friends and children. We’re happy to be a part of something like Carbon Neutral Indiana."
